Designed with practicality in mind, the textured surface helps remove dust and debris from shoe soles, while the stain-resistant, lightweight construction makes daily maintenance simple. For regular care, it can be vacuumed, shaken out, or washed with water as needed. A latex backing provides added grip and stability underfoot.

1. Routine Care

• Vacuum your rug approximately once or twice a week. For high-traffic areas such as entryways and living rooms, clean more frequently as needed.
• Do not use vacuum cleaners with rotating brushes or stiff brush heads, as these may pull the rug fibres and damage the fibre structure.
• For edges, gaps and other areas where dust tends to collect, clean gently using a crevice nozzle or a soft brush.

2. Spills and Stains

• If liquids such as tea or coffee are spilled, gently blot the area with a clean, dry towel or paper towel. Do not rub the stain.
• For oily stains, apply a small amount of diluted mild detergent to a soft cloth and gently dab the affected area. Wipe with a damp cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally.
• For stubborn stains, use a commercial carpet cleaner according to the product instructions. Do not use strongly acidic or alkaline cleaning products.
• For pet urine stains, absorb the liquid as quickly as possible while diluting the area with water. If any odour remains, gently wipe the area with diluted white vinegar.

3. Preventing Wear

• We recommend placing protective pads beneath the legs of heavy furniture.
• Avoid dragging furniture across the rug.
• Take care to prevent damage from high heels, sharp objects and pets' claws.
• Rotate the rug by 180° every two to three months to help distribute foot traffic and wear more evenly.

4. Preventing Fading and Deterioration

• Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this may cause fading or deterioration of the material.
• Maintain a moderate indoor humidity level and avoid placing the rug in excessively damp environments.
• When using underfloor heating, we recommend keeping the surface temperature below 40°C.

5. Periodic Maintenance

• We recommend deep cleaning approximately once every 6–12 months.
• Professional rug cleaning is recommended for premium rugs.

6. Care by Material

Polypropylene (PP)

• Water-resistant and easy to maintain.
• Clean with mild detergent or a carpet cleaner.
• Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.

Wool

• Initial shedding is normal and is not considered a defect.
• Use a suction-only vacuum without a brush attachment.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.

Jute & Sisal

• Minor fibre shedding during initial use is normal.
• Do not wash with water.
• Vacuum gently using low suction without a brush attachment.

Important Notes

• Colours may appear different depending on lighting and pile direction.
• Minor shedding from natural fibres is a normal characteristic.
• Always test cleaning products on an inconspicuous area first.
• For severe stains, consult a professional rug cleaning service.
